Flow North Yoga & Well-Being is a yoga studio based in Thurso that also has massage and stress management services available.

Stress is the root cause of all disease. When we learn to deal with our stress and free the body and mind from this tension then we can feel well.

Yoga is a powerful tool to help you on this journey. With a variety of styles on offer 6 days a week, there’s nothing stopping you from feeling the benefits of yoga no matter who you are.

About me

Iain Black teaches yoga from the heart, always trying to tailor each class specifically to his clients’ needs. There are no ‘fancy’ or ‘advanced’ poses, there is always an accessible option for everyone. Classes are designed in such a way that there is no need for any previous yoga experience.

Yoga poses are not meant to make you look a certain way, they are to help you understand how you feel. Classes emphasise this self reflective quality so that you can deepen your connection with how you really feel, leaving you more in touch with yourself.

Studio Tour

The studio is a warm, welcoming environment for everyone. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters are all available here if you don’t have your own.
