Was there any particular pose, movement, breathwork etc.. that helped you specifically?
Did you notice or learn anything new about yourself during this practice?
Would you do this session again, if so why and when?
Please keep a note of this information all together as you head through each session so you are left with a physical copy of what helps you most in your yoga practice
